1. Cancellations

  • Service Orders:
    • Once an order for a service (such as customization, configuration, training, or support) has been confirmed and work has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted.
    • If you wish to cancel before any work has started, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase/confirmation by contacting us at support@graviteclabs.com.
  • Training & Events:
    • Cancellations for workshops, webinars, or training programs must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date for eligibility of a partial refund (see Refunds section).
    • No cancellation requests will be accepted within 7 days of the scheduled event.

2. Refunds

  • Digital Services:
    • Since our services involve personalized configurations, digital work, or knowledge-based consulting, fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
    • In exceptional cases, if services have not been initiated, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be approved at our discretion.
  • Training & Events:
    • If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start, you may receive a refund of 70% of the fee.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
    • In cases where Gravitec Labs cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive a full refund or credit towards the rescheduled session.
  • Subscription-Based Services:
    • For recurring subscriptions, refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting our support team.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom development or configuration work has already started or been completed.
  • One-time setup fees.
  • Software licenses procured through third-party vendors on your behalf.
  • Administrative or transaction charges associated with payment processing.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email support@graviteclabs.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order/Invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for cancellation/refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Any bank charges, gateway charges, or administrative fees incurred during payment or refund processing will be deducted.
